Choose your journey, dates, and passengers in Book a Flight. Search Flights opens WhatsApp with your enquiry ready to send. Our team will confirm available options and fares; your enquiry is not a confirmed reservation.
Can I manage an existing booking?
Open Manage Booking and enter your booking reference and surname. Your details are prepared in a WhatsApp message so our team can help with your booking.
How does Online Check-in work here?
The check-in tab prepares a request for assistance through WhatsApp. It does not issue a boarding pass or complete check-in. Our team will guide you through the available process.
Where can I check my flight status?
Use Flight Status with your flight number and travel date to ask our team for the latest information. This website does not display a live flight-status feed.
What is my baggage allowance?
Baggage allowance depends on your ticket and journey. Please check your booking confirmation or ask our team before travelling.
Can I change my travel dates?
Our team can explain the change conditions that apply to your ticket. Use Manage Booking to request assistance before making new travel arrangements.
